Shipping Policy
Shipping is straightforward and transparent. Each pair of shoes costs a rate of $10 to ship and will come via USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for production. After production, you will receive tracking information. Any outside shipping due to a reprint request will be covered at your expense. Please see the exchange policy below for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
All shoes are custom hand-drawn creations or printed to specific sizes and specifications upon ordering. Due to the customization and process that it takes to create specific, custom-tailored shoes, all sales are final. Please be sure to double-check the sizing guide for an accurate fit. If a printed shoe does not fit correctly, we can offer one reprint at a restocking fee of $20 after we receive the first pair back from you with all shipping to and from us at your expense.
